The Hear You Rise Foundation College Scholarship supports Deaf and Hard of Hearing students pursuing higher education. Each year, the Foundation awards scholarships to empower students who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
What’s in the program

Application window: January 1 – April 1

Eligibility: Deaf or Hard of Hearing high school seniors and college students enrolled in accredited programs

Selection criteria: Academic achievement, community involvement, and advocacy for accessibility

Award purpose: To help cover tuition, books, and assistive technology costs
