The Hear You Rise Foundation Hearing Aid Assistance Program provides financial support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing indivduals who cannot afford the high cost of hearing aids. Because hearing aids are rarely covered by insurance and can cost thousands of dollars, this programs remove one of biggest barriers to communication, independence, and daily life.
Did you know...
Most insurance plans do NOT cover hearing aids, even though they are medically necessary devices. Many people are forced to choose between essential bills and the ability to hear - a choice no one shoudl ever have to make.
Who it's for
Indivduals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and face financial barriers to obtaining hearing aids.
Why it matters
Hearing aids are not a luxury - they are a tool for connection, education, employment, and independence. This program reflects Hear You Rise's mission to break down communication barriers and ensure everyone has the opportunity to use with the access they deserve.
How to Qualify

Be Deaf or Hard of Hearing Must provide a recent audiogram from a licensed audiologist.

Demonstrate financial need Applicants must show proof of income or financial hardship.

Be a U.S. resident Must provide a valid ID and matching address.

Lack insurance coverage for hearing aids Must show proof of denial or that insurance does not cover hearing aids.

Provide accurate and truthful documentation All information must be verifiable to ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent applications.
